Sumiflon™ Coated Aluminum is the products that we etch the surface of aluminum plates and coat the fluororesin on them. The products are firmly covered with fluororesin by our special etching process, so you can press molding. The main uses are pans for electric rice cookers, electric baking plates, auto bakeries, rice cake makers and so on. Also it is used in industrial machines, for example copying machines. The characters are as follows.

①The products are firmly covered with fluororesin by our special etching process, so you can press molding into the desired shape.
②We can print letters and pictures on fluororesin surface. (They are used for graduation marks in rice cooker's pans.)
③We uses PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) or PFA as fluororesin. The resin has superior characters which are nonstick, heat-resistant（continuous use under　260℃　is　available.) and corrosion-resistant.
